iSON Xperiences is a dynamic customer experience and process management corporation committed to delivering innovative solutions on a global scale. The project aimed to revitalise the brand identity and align it with its vision of becoming a best-in-class service provider.
We identified iSON’s diverse audience, including clients and stakeholders, by understanding their needs, pain points, and aspirations. This insight informed the brand positioning and personality—emphasising reliability, integrity, and excellence. Importantly, the brand’s positioning shifted from being a mere BPO provider to a company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This transformation is reflected in the new name and logo, which evolved from iSON BPO to iSON Xperiences.
The logo features a unique design where the ‘i’ signifies technology and interactivity, while the infinity loop formed by the subtle replacement of the letter ‘e’ with a ‘c’ in “Xperiences” represents limitless possibilities and highlights the focus on customer experience. In the revamped logo, the previous arrow element has been replaced with a bold red dot, symbolising focus and precision in delivering these experiences.
The new colour palette introduces a sophisticated dark blue that conveys trust and professionalism, complemented by vibrant red to denote technological leadership. This shift from the old muted tones creates a more dynamic and engaging visual presence. Additionally, the use of the new font family enhances readability and consistency across various applications, replacing the outdated typefaces used previously.
The tagline “We Are You” underscores the brand’s values centred around providing excellent customer experiences, reinforcing that iSON Xperiences views itself as an extension of its clients, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
The identity was applied across a vast array of brand touchpoints, including stationery, marketing collateral, advertising templates, exhibition booth panels, and website design. This cohesive application has ensured brand consistency and strengthened recognition across all platforms.
Since the application of the revitalised identity, iSON Xperiences has successfully positioned itself as a leader in customer experience management. The new branding has resonated well with both existing and potential clients, significantly enhancing engagement and loyalty. The ongoing positive reception demonstrates that the refreshed identity effectively reflects the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, paving the way for continued growth and market presence.
